Drum Roll Please...

So here they are. Ladies this is very painful. If any of you can find a way to share things I will trade half my butt fat for a bit in my hollow boobs! But I have to say after watching shallow hal I have made it point to be glad I don't have cankles!!!

Today went fairly well.. I did get snacky in the evening and went over 3 points for a handful of Almonds.

Oh, I did get some interesting news today though... My sister is 3 years older than me and has struggled with her weight for a while. She hurt her knee pretty seriously 8 or so years ago and started putting on weight. Then she started having female issues that were really bad and ended up having a hysterectomy at 35 with no children. Her and her husband decided to be house parents at a children's home. That was a year ago. She was far from family and friends. She kept putting on weight. I am not sure of her weight but she is significantly heavier than I. Well she called this afternoon and said that she is scheduled for Lap Band surgery at the end of January. I am happy for her, but I really wish that she could do it on her own. I have thought of doing that surgery too. I guess if I work at this till June and it doesn't work for me that will be my next option, but for now I really want to try to do it this way.

Good job posting your before pictures! It's humbling isn't it? I won't wear a bikini in front of people, but yet I post pictures of me half naked on the internet for the world to see. LOL. It's motivation though, right?

BTW, I'll take some of your butt and I'll give you some of my boobs. That would be a good swap. Up for it? LOL

Good job Carrie!!! You did it!! :) My mom had a simuliar surgery, she wish she never had it done, it caused more issues. And frankly I don't think you need it, you can do this, I know you can, you are a very strong person!!

My mom had gastric bypass a year ago and guess what... she is gaining weight again. The problem people don't percieve with surgery is that THEY ARE STILL GOING TO HAVE TO DIET! It's not the miracle fix all. I'm so glad that you believe in yourself and KNOW that you can do this without surgery. :o) Can't wait to see the before pictures filed into the "I can't believe I looked like that" category! So glad we are all here to help eachother through it!

You can TOTALLY do it without the surgery. We'll be here with you every step of the way cheering you on! Great job on the "before" pictures, and I LOVE how positive you were about your hourglass figure! Keep up the good thoughts!

Hey, thanks for commenting on my blog and telling me not to way myself everyday. You are right, it is definitely demotivating... it is so hard not to ... when the scale is right there in front of you... so I put it on top of a dresser and my husband and I will weigh ourselves only one time a week.
Thanks!
